Our products might not be the cheapest, but in an era of disposable things, when attention to detail and quality give way to profit margins and speed of production, we decided to slow down a bit to enjoy the process and put together pieces we’re proud of.

We believe that the products you spend your hard earned money on, should be of excellent quality. Like you, we've been disappointed after a purchase, when things fall apart and then have to spend more to replace them, that's why we want to create only great products you can enjoy for years to come. It might even be the last dog collar you buy, but, why?, our furry companions are well worth spoiling.

We use latigo leather which is specifically designed for saddlery rigging. It's strong, holds up to the elements and yet, it is flexible and supple. Products made with latigo, are able to withstand repeated exposure to moisture, and evaporation without drying out. Latigo leather is produced using a chrome tannage method followed by a vegetable re-tan for maximum durability and beauty. This double tanning process gives the leather tensile strength and water resistance while maintaining the look and feel of vegetable tanned leather. After the tanning process is complete, the leather is placed in a drum stuffed with tallows and waxes, then again in a drum to dye for uniform coloring.

Brass is widely used as hardware in harsh elements, we like it for its polished good looks, longevity and strength; it also ages well.
